People Resourcing Coordinator


A fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's leading independent financial advisory and wealth management firms, working in the AFH People Resourcing team.

This full-time, permanent role is working in our Bromsgrove Head Office on a hybrid-working basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus a range of benefits.


By coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process for entry-level hires and providing administrative support for Employer Branding and Talent Attraction initiatives, a quality service is provided to the hiring managers of AFH.


Key Responsibilities as our People Resourcing Coordinator will include:

  • Providing administrative support for all vacancies in line with SLAs by advertising internally and externally, updating the recruitment system, booking interviews, issuing assessments, responding to queries in the shared recruitment inbox.
  • Signposting to other departments in relation to queries that fall outside of the remit for the team.

What we are looking for in our ideal People Resourcing Coordinator:

  • An experienced administrator with a proactive can-do attitude
  • The desire to learn and support best practice across the entire recruitment process.
  • Ability to adapt and work in an organised and proactive manner, embracing change in a fluid environment.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Teams, Outlook to book meetings and interviews.
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills, with a keen desire to understand data.
