This is a task-led role and so it is important that you are comfortable working to targets.

However, with our great Learning and Development team, as well as support from your colleagues, you will be fully trained and set up for success in the role.

You dont have to have experience in debt collection or regulated firms.

Ongoing and industryleading training delivered by experienced colleagues from our inhouse Learning and Development team, covering both technical and professional skills
Work with other departments including our Contact Centre, Litigation and Operations teams to assist customers

What you will be doing:

Working to first contact resolution on enquiries and adhering with BW Legals Treating Customers Fairly approach
Entering data into the case management system
Adhering to relevant regulation and guidance (which we will train and support you with)

We ask you to have the following skills and experience:

Experience using Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, Word and Outlook
Good written communication skills, including spelling, punctuation and grammar
Great attention to detail and organisation skills

Your working week will be 6 hours per day, 10am-4pm, Monday to Friday.

With a starting salary of £18,200, Customer Service Advisors enjoy regular 6 monthly performance based reviews which reward their success with a clear progression path for future earnings.
