The Internal Communications Executive will support the Internal Communications Manager and play a leading role in the delivery of communications to support our people plan, including transformation and organisational change - helping to support Quilter's strategic priorities and business requirements.
Working closely with HR, you will develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and influencers within the business including our senior leaders and wider communications colleagues including PR and Corporate Affairs.
You will gain a full understanding of the various audiences and will develop plans and key messages according to their needs, ensuring internal communications remain outcome focused and driven by the key priorities of the business as well as delivering communications that support colleagues through strategic and organisational change.
By connecting our people to our purpose and journey, you will aim to deliver the best employee experience taking into account the sensitivity of the messages as well as the impact and needs of our people.
You will also ensure a two-way communication is in place through feedback mechanisms.
You will contribute to the development and end-to-end delivery of communications and internal engagement events, collaborating with HR and other stakeholders to deliver timely, targeted, creative and effective communications, suitable for the target audience.
This will involve writing content on behalf of senior stakeholders and helping to run virtual as well as face-to-face events and team meetings.
Importantly, you will be a brilliant team player in the internal communications team as well as the wider HR team and work collaboratively to help create a highly effective, positive internal communications function.

Ideally you will have a solid level of experience in internal communications, planning, developing and delivering plans in support of employee engagement and transformation ad change programmes.
But great writing skills, a desire to understand how our business is changing and a good grasp of what people will want to know and do, are great attributes too, as is relevant HR experience.
You will have very strong writing and editing skills, to deliver clear and concise messages to a variety of audiences.
This will include understanding the complexity of a situation and developing clear and succinct key messages, scripts, talking points as well as more formal communications across our channels.
You will be highly organised, able to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
Interpersonal skills is an important attribute for this role, including the ability to negotiate and influence others and recommending on best approach to ensure positive outcomes.
Most importantly, you will be passionate about the work you deliver and understand the impact on the audiences you are communicating to.
