Enter Engineering is representing a fantastic family run company in Nelson currently seeking a Trainee Engineering Team Leader.

Job Description:
Skilled CNC Turner/Miller

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines, specializing in turning or milling processes.
Monitor production processes, ensuring quality and efficiency are maintained.
Supervise and provide guidance to operators during late shifts.
Collaborate with the team to meet production targets and deadlines.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a CNC Turner or CNC Miller, preferably with knowledge in both disciplines.
Familiarity with Fanuc controls is preferred.
Ability to work independently and effectively supervise operators during late shifts.
Strong attention to detail and precision in machining processes.
Excellent problemsolving skills to resolve any technical issues that may arise.
Strong commitment to maintaining highquality standards.

Remuneration:

Base hourly rate: £12 to £14/hr.
Shift allowance potential for those willing to work back shifts.
Competitive rates in line with other roles in the area.
