The Contract Manager supports in delivering commercial and contract processes, monitoring major deals across the BT Group's services and product portfolio, and managing risk and controlling cost.

This role can be based in either

Bristol or

London.


What you'll be doing

  • Supports the development of successful outcomes through supporting commercial teams alongside customers and sales teams on contracts.
  • Supports the commercial proposition, structure development and monitoring of financial performance for mid-sized opportunities, supporting in the management of contractual risks and obligations.
  • Contributes to maintenance and development of customer relationships and satisfaction, and delivery of commitments within service level agreements.
  • Supports the resolution of high risk contact related issues and challenges.
  • Contributes to commercial growth opportunities.
  • Supports in the implementation of ways to improve working processes within the area of commercial trading & management.
