UP TO £70,000 + BENEFITS

A unique opportunity for any experienced econometrician or marketeer to join this leading marketing agency.

THE COMPANY

Harnham is working exclusively with a well-known agency, part of a wider group that partners with various companies and clients.

They assist with optimising marketing and understanding customers in relation to behaviours and marketing spend. With clientsacross retail, automotive, travel and fitness, there's plenty for you to get stuck into

THE ROLE
This role is pivotal for the team, working with clients, designing measurement solutions, as well as defining best practice from a media and methodology point of view

You will:

Deliver analytics and Media Mix Modelling (MMM) solutions, attribution and other modelling approaches to clients
Have a deep understanding of the media and marketing industry
Developing models and methodologies that keep them on the cutting edge of marketing science
Mentoring other team members
Building relationships and collaborating with a number of internal stakeholders across the agency and the group
Working with other senior managers to develop client proposals

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You don't need to tick every box, but you will ideally have experience across the following:

Proven ability to deliver complex analytical solutions within media, able to interpret results and make client recommendations
Prior experience with data mining and generating insights from data
Experience with Bayesian and Linear Regression modelling
Machine Learning experience with good coding skills in Python or R. Strong excel skills. Some SQL would also be an advantage
Strong Stakeholder Management including external clients, workshop facilitation, previously operated as a mentor for more junior team members
Data Visualisation and storytelling with data
