Description
37.5 hours a weekCCR is looking for a Customer Feedback Officer required to work within our repairs and maintenance team.
Working with the team to answer customers queries, feedback and complaints. Ensuring learning from feedback is embedded in the team to ensure service delivery meets the needs of our customers. The repairs department will require a hardworking team player with building management experience.
band 6- experience needed.
Requirements:
2 years of written referances with gaps verified.
I.T skills or experience
Good Communication Skills
Salary:
Up to £14.44 per hour
