Description

We are looking for a reliable, driven & permanent Barista & Front of house member at RUDE

Duties:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and evening cocktails / wine
Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop area
Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation
Assist with food preparation, such as baking pastries or sandwiches
Ensure that all drink orders are made to the customer's specifications
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Experience:

Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
Familiarity with operating a cash register is a plus
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
