You'll be ACA qualified with extensive experience within practice.

You'll have demonstrable experience of motivating a team from a senior supervisory position, with good people management skills and a supportive approach to training.

You'll have a natural talent for leading a varied client portfolio, building strong relationships as clients' senior advisor. You'll be an effective leader, strong communicator, and demonstrate sound commercial understanding.

Job Requirements?

ACA qualified, with extensive experience within practice.
ICAEW Corporate Finance qualification if desirable but not essential.
Line management experience with a motivational and constructive approach.
