Description

The Senior Sales Advisor will have responsibility to proactively seek leads in collaboration with the marketing and the General Manager, and to take accountability of the performance and development of the clients new property sales and rental programme.


The job holder will also be responsible for representing and promoting the clients Brand, managing enquiries from sales leads to conversion and right through to completion.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In conjunction with the Sales Manager, establish clear objectives, KPIs and targets and monitor with the team on a weekly basis
  • Prepare staffing rota ensuring that all holidays, sickness etc. are suitably covered
  • To deal promptly and effectively with customer complaints
  • To prepare, submit and present weekly and monthly sales / lettings reports
  • To work with external parties (legals, removals, sales agents) to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with the sale proposition to support achieving the sales targets
  • Work together with the Sales Manager to agree and implement lead generation strategies
  • Work as part of the Sales Team with marketing and community engagement i.e., Sales related events and Information Days
  • Continual training and development of the team in order to support the sales/rental objectives
  • Manage enquires through telephone, walkins and website and arrange visits for potential customers ensuring accuracy in diary appointments
  • Act as Personal Advisor to all potential customers by following up leads, maintaining interest and talking through any possible obstacles a customer may have
  • Ensure all leads are dealt with correctly and data is effectively collected and recorded using the onsite CRM system
  • Salesforce
  • Arrange and carry out on and off site appointments with customers and controlling diary management
  • Liaise with Estate Agents, Solicitors, removal company and other professional bodies to make sure the customer journey is progressing smoothly with zero distress on the customer

  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Must be able to drive and have own car
  • Flexible approach to working hours
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Competent computer literacy
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills in both a B2B and B2C capacities are essential
  • A proven passion for customer service and meeting customer expectations
  • Awareness of current local housing trends
  • Excellent accuracy skills and a conscientious attitude
  • A keen eye for detail and ensuring the job is done correctly
  • Experience of new homes sales is not essential but is an advantage
