_roam__ role. Roaming roles are a mixture of home and hub working with, in some instances, a degree of being out and about delivering services to customers. Your working day will be determined by what you need to do and where you need to go to maximise your productivity. This means that you could start and finish your day in different places depending on what you need to do, so we'll support you working from a variety of locations.

The Role:

Managing a high performing team, you will be the integral link between senior management to ensure that directions are carried out in a way which is fit for purpose for both your team, colleagues and our customers in order to achieve high standards of excellent customer experience to encourage customer loyalty.

The Person:

We are looking for someone who has a strong customer focus and is able to translate programmes and plans in a way which is motivating, inspiring to support your team to be the best they can be and constantly striving for the highest quality service.

We encourage a coaching management style of leadership and would expect you to have experience of team management.

You should also have an A level or professional qualification or relevant demonstrable work experience and evidence of continued professional development.
