We are seeking a passionate and professional Customer Service Supervisor to join our team and contribute to our business growth.
Duties:
- Leading and guiding the customer service team to meet or exceed service standards.
- Managing customer service workflows to efficiently handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues.
- Monitoring and analyzing customer service performance metrics, devising improvement measures, and tracking implementation.
- Coordinating crossdepartmental collaboration to resolve complex customer issues and complaints.
- Building and maintaining positive customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Preparing and submitting customer service reports, reporting on team performance and issue resolution progress to management.
Requirements:
- Relevant work experience in the field, with previous experience in customer service management preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively handle various customer situations.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate team members to achieve common goals.
- Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office.
- Indepth knowledge of best practices and trends in the customer service industry.
- Fluent in spoken and written English preferred.

All positions at our organisation are paid, including internship positions.
Pay:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
