Job Overview:
Duties:
- Agricultural and horticultural work
- Operate a variety of farm machinery and equipment
- Work together with the team to support irrigation and routine tractor work
- Regularly check and maintain machinery and operating equipment
- Any ad hoc duties as required
Essential Skills:
- Previous experience in farm operations, preferably within top fruit
- Good organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- A strong team player with the ability to solve problems
- Experience in operating and maintaining farm machinery
- Driven and committed with a positive mindset
- A strong work ethic, with a flexible approach to meet the needs of the business
Pay:
£8.16-£14.83 per hour
Expected hours:
No less than 39 per week
