Are you a passionate and organised administrator looking for your next challenge?

We are looking for an Administrator to join our Adults Learning Disability Health Service and you might fit the bill

This is a part-time position for 22.5 hours a week and is based in Soundwell/Kingswood.

You will form part of the team providing a full administrative service to the Sirona ALDH Service.

You will support effective and efficient delivery of the administration processes, including appointment booking, referral registration, caseload management, clinical outcome actions, and onward referral to other providers.

Will be expected to adapt communication and use different communications methods according to diverse range of patient/client/customer needs and situations.

Responsible for the creation of written and electronic templates, and creation of bespoke letters with guidance.

Prioritises own work to meet deadlines in conjunction with colleagues and prioritises on-going work with guidance.

Problem solves to manage expectations of patients/clients/customers and achieve outcomes.

Develops rotas, resolves conflicting diary appointments/schedules.

Organises meetings/clinics/service scheduling/events/diaries for others, including agenda setting, taking minutes and follow up actions.
