The Opportunity


We have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator to join the Fendercare team in Seething and provide effective transport solutions and costs for the ROW/UK team.

We are looking for a similar experience, "can-do" attitude and enthusiasm to deliver great results and meet deadlines.


Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving on time deliveries in a cost effective manner.
  • Providing effective transport options and costs to the team.
  • Negotiating price tariffs with carriers on regular routes.
  • Raising and receipting PO's for shipping.
  • Letter of credit processing, where applicable.
  • Certificate of origin processing, where applicable.
  • Liaising with yard and suppliers regarding collection of goods.
  • Supporting finance with supplier invoice queries.
  • Updating yard on incoming shipments.
  • Customs entry processing.
  • Creating and processing shipping documents.
  • Keeping the Sales and Project Teams updated on all shipments.
  • Assisting with movement of yard personnel when required.

About You

  • Experience in a similar role will be essential.
  • Knowledge of the UK and EU VAT rules will be advantageous.
  • First class verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive attitude, able to add value and balance competing demands in a fastpaced and evolving environment.
  • Experience using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Willing to learn and develop knowledge and skills.
