Role overview

A new opportunity has become available at Leicester Head Office for a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director. The individual will work closely with the Managing Director and Executive Manager to provide effective administrational support on a daily basis.

About the Role

Devising/maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
Organising and maintaining diaries, making appointments, and arranging all aspects of travel
Carrying out background research and presenting finding
Producing documents and reports as needed
Organising and attending meetings
Liaising with staff, clients, and suppliers
Work with other Directors as required

About You

Must have worked as a PA previously or within a similar role
Business Administration qualifications (L2 or L3) preferred
Must be organised and can multitask
Safeguard and always maintain confidentiality
