WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR/ Costing Clerk

Salary - £25,000 - £27,000

Working Hours - Monday - Friday - 08:00 - 18:00 every other weekend paid time & a half

Location - Avonmouth


Our client requires a Commercial Vehicle Warranty Administrator / Warranty Advisor / Parts Advisor / Service Administrator / R & M Administrator for their depot.

Responsibilities of a Warranty Administrator

  • Communicating with manufacturers
  • Dealing with warranty repairs and parts
  • Arranging for delivery of parts
  • Issuing credits
  • Collating all warranty paperwork
  • Working to manufacturers guidelines
  • Issuing of order numbers and authorising work to vehicles
  • Issuing sales ledger invoices for vehicles on contract
Skills and Qualifications of a Warranty Administrator

  • Strong administrative background
  • Experience in the motor trade essential
  • Technical knowledge of commercial vehicles strongly preferred
  • Commercial experience of dealing with vehicles an advantage
  • Ability to work alone and part of team and to ensure get results
