Raven is looking for a full-time Customer Relations Representative to join our team in Edinburgh.
Job Summary:
The Customer Relations Representative is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all internal and external customers. This position will be responsible for assisting customers with technical issues, billing questions, and general customer service inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and provide information regarding the caller's issue or problem.
- Greet new and existing customers with courtesy, professionalism, and empathy.
- Handle customer inquiries in a timely, efficient manner while maintaining confidentiality.
- Follow communication procedures to ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Salary:
£27,046.00-£29,285.00 per year
