Description
Coordinates documents and gathers and inputs data related to assigned administrative support duties for a team, department, function or other organizational leader/group.
Provides administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports and addressing routine to complex information requests.
Gathers, compiles and verifies information and enters it accurately into documents such as reports, presentations or forms; and office systems such as databases or spreadsheets.
Performs associate functions as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings.
Responds to, or redirects, routine to complex inquiries from external or internal sources about the organization/department, its activities, or processes so callers/visitors are answered promptly and accurately.
Prepares documentation for payment of vendors, suppliers and other third parties as applicable; submits documentation and enters request for payments into accounting system; responds to inquiries from accounts payable and payees.
Participates as a team member on departmental related business improvement assignments and projects as needed.
Performs other routine to complex administrative activities as needed per the established procedures of the organization and/or department.
Act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Experience
Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
1 First line support for OnBoarding attendance queries / HR/ Manager/New Hire Employee - Excellent customer service skills 2 Liaising with HR / Recruitment teams to update systems and track New Hire attendance 3 Day to day management of GoApp tools for EMEA regions 4 Work with GoApp Super User to track and implement system changes/updates 5 Maintain New Hire training records for CBS Training Admin team 6 Prepare and schedule weekly, monthly & ad-hoc reports / surveys 7 Support Facilitators in delivery of core curriculum training 8 Maintain Cummins Connect site for EMEA OnBoarding 9 Recording KPI and scorecard statistics and billing information.
10 Involvement on Continuous Improvement projects (6S, VST, 7 Step) 11 Good Excel and Word skills (ability to produce pivot tables etc.) 12 Drives process improvement from start to finish - working with EAME HR teams and managers to idenfity opportunities 13 Provides monthly & ad-hoc training for managers and EAME HR in using GoApp system and associated processes 14 Uses independent judgement to resolve complex queries (outside fo the 'norm') to resolve customer problems and deliver exceptional customer service (c75% of the time) 15 Engages with leaders at all leavels to provide logístical support and reporting for OnBoarding 16 Provides quailty checks and audits for GoApp system and reporting along with training attendance 17 Identifies process improvements and new works of working.
18 Documents SOW for Regional OnBoarding Team 19 Deputises for other OnBoarding logistics personnel as required to support global success 20 Participates in OnBoarding projects cross-regionally to provide 'global view' and support Service Line successJob HUMAN RESOURCES
