What to expect
New role supporting our friendly team of lawyers, paralegals and legal executives in the Glasgow office where you will:
- Handle all Glasgow office mail requirements
- Manage legal case files: open, close and update files in our online case management system and provide other administrative to support the legal teams
- Assist on reception: welcome clients, prepare for meetings, set up lunches, assist with travel arrangements etc
- Liaise with centralised support services when required, eg IT, Office services etc
- An opportunity to join a law firm which is invested in your career progression
What we're looking for
- Enthusiastic, positive and keen to learn
- Good communication, teamworking and customer service skills
- Good IT and Administrative skills
- Previous office administration experience ideal but not essential
