The Role

We are delighted to confirm that we are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Fortem Birmingham branch based in Southern Birmingham.

Please note, this is a permanent position working Monday to Friday 8am until 4.30pm We are looking for someone to join our Administration team and ensure that high levels of Administration support and branch support is provided.

The role involves completing general Administration duties to a high & accurate standard, ensuring you take ownership of work with great organisation skills, allowing you to forward plan and meet deadlines by prioritising work.

The Project

Typical work will comprise of the following: - Input of timely and accurate information, including subcontractor/supplier information - Assisting in sending out material & subcontract enquiry documentation, undertaking comparisons and raising of purchase/subcontractor orders - Produce accurate documentation and/or correspondence - Maintain a high quality telephone manner - Provide direct support to the operational & commercial teams.

- Competent with inputting date into complex Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and ability to filter, sense check and challenge information given to input.

- Comfortable working in a predominantly site based environment and working from multiple sites across the week. - Comfortable taking meeting minutes and presenting them in a clear readable fashion, noting actions recorded.

- Comfortable taking calls from residents who are having work undertaken, noting any queries and passing them directly to the relevant team member.
