- Spark are looking to recruit Inspectors to join our busy and fastidious team in Loughborough. This role involves inspecting/viewing a wide variety of aerospace components.
What the company will offer:
- £ £11.97ph
- Permanent contract of employment
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays (26 after 2 years service)
- Overtime availability
- 37 hour per week
- Day shift initially then onto AM/PM shifts.
- Training and development
- Free annual eye test for inspection requirements.
The Role:
- To carry out Manual & Visual inspection of components to customer requirements.
- Manual inspection of components using standard measuring equipment.
- Visual Inspection of components using digital camera setup.
- To understand and interpret customer specifications
- Communicate clearly & effectively results with supervision and management.
Requirements for the position:
- Good eyesight essential.
- Experience in inspection beneficial but not essential. (Training will be given.)
- An understanding of engineering drawings beneficial but not essential.
- Comfortable following strict procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and methodical working practices.
- Patient and diligent.
- Motivated by high standards.
