_Clarence Care Home offers residential care to 33 residents and offers the perfect combination of care and independence.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Be familiar with and work in accordance with the homes policies and procedures.
  • Assist residents in a manner to promote independence and involvement, respect resident's rights, choices and beliefs, and achieves positive outcomes. To ensure care is provided in accordance with the resident's care plan.
  • Report any changes in a resident's condition to the Manager/Senior Care Assistant.
  • Respond to requests from residents either by staff alert or other means of communication in a positive, polite and helpful manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Accept duties as delegated provided these are within the scope of the individual.
  • Contribute to the development of the home by attendance at staff meetings and involvement in team discussion.
  • Complete the training program which is drawn up annually.
  • Be a team player

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 18-48 per week


Salary:
£10.42 per hour
