Part Time Golf Shop Assistant commencing in February 2023.

The successful applicant will carry out duties such as clothing & equipment sales, collecting green fees, meeting & greeting group bookings, hotel residents & golf club members.

Additional duties may include preparing golf buggies & golf clubs for daily hire, always keeping the reception & golf shop area clean & tidy, dealing with all enquiries in a professional & courteous manner in person or on the phone, starter at 1st tee for groups/individuals.

As you will be the first point of contact, we are looking for an applicant with excellent customer service skills & flexibility with working hours would be required during the busiest times of the season.

Essential criteria
must be available to work some evenings and weekends

At least 6 months previous face to face customer service experience ideally in a retail environment

Desirable criteria
Knowledge of golf & experience of golf accessory sales

previous cash handling experience
