Thirsk

£23k per annum

3-6 month contract (could be extended)

Monday - Friday, working hours: 09:00-17:00

Our client is an established company. Innovative and dynamic, they are constantly pursuing new ways to improve the services they offer. An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis Monday to Friday.

This is the ideal role for an Administrator looking to develop their career with an award-winning company.

As an Administrator you will be responsible for helping Production Management with their daily administration.


Your duties will include:

  • To chase overdue invoices with customers both electronically and over the phone
  • To assist in the invoice and payment deduction dispute resolution process.
  • To assist in the day to day management of the accounts receivable inbox and customer prices inbox.
  • To assist in the entering sales receipts on the sales ledger.
  • To assist in the entering of invoices on the purchase ledger.
  • To process rebate invoices onto the sales ledger.
  • To assist the other Accounts Administrator in reviewing the ledger, acting on and escalating any issues.
  • To assist in the credit control management cycle.
  • To assist in the reconciliation of sales interface between the factory and accounting systems.
  • To assist in sending statements to customers.
  • To assist in the updating of customer prices.
To be considered for the role of Admin Assistant you must have:

  • Confident with figures and data inputting.
  • High attention to detail and problem solving.
  • Able to work under pressure, multitask and prioritise workload.
