Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm with 1 hour for lunch unpaid

Reward:
up to £22,000 per annum

Duties:


  • Collection of payments via telephone
  • Dealing with any invoicing queries
  • Processing of data onto bespoke database
  • Producing reports from the database
  • General administrative support to the wider team
  • Keeping the CRM up to date

Skills and Experience Required:


  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong IT skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Excellent numerical skills and use of MS Excel would be an advantage
  • A willingness to solve problems and support customers
