Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm with 1 hour for lunch unpaid
Reward:
up to £22,000 per annum

Duties:
- Collection of payments via telephone
- Dealing with any invoicing queries
- Processing of data onto bespoke database
- Producing reports from the database
- General administrative support to the wider team
- Keeping the CRM up to date
Skills and Experience Required:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong IT skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Excellent numerical skills and use of MS Excel would be an advantage
- A willingness to solve problems and support customers
