£400-£450 Per day

Client:


My client is a leading charity who are looking for a Project manager to lead an important part of our new strategy development process, working with the Senior Management Team and Senior Leadership Group to develop and evaluate a range of potential optionsthat will help us deliver our longer-term strategic aims.


Your Role:


  • Lead the development of robust business cases to help shape how we deliver our longerterm strategic aims, including the analysis of the costs, benefits, risks, and impacts for a range of options
  • Communicate progress to the Senior Management Team on the development of the business cases, including flagging any risks or issues
  • Work with others to resolve any problems that present barriers or challenges to progressing the business cases

What you need to be successful:

  • Experience of developing complex business cases to support decision-making on strategic options or organisational change programmes
  • Demonstrating critical thinking to question ideas and assumptions
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and consensus within teams across an organisation and to motivate and empower colleagues
  • Excellent communication skills, including a high standard of formal report writing as well as great interpersonal verbal and written communication
  • Confidence to engage and collaborate with senior leaders and managers, providing them with value added input, advice, support and challenge
