Are you ready to take on an exciting and unique role in the heart of UK Defence Sector facilities management? Vivo, a thriving joint venture between Serco and Equans, is seeking a talented Multi-Skilled Operative to join our dynamic team.

If you're passionate about customer service, dedicated to safety, and eager to showcase your technical prowess, this role is the perfect opportunity for you.


Key Responsibilities:
As a Multi-Skilled Operative at Vivo, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the following:
Prioritising the safety and well-being of our staff, supply chain partners, and third parties through a Zero Harm approach.
Comply with the requirements of JSP375
Planned Maintenance to comply with MOD SFG 20
Embracing our Customer First ethos by delivering exceptional customer service to clients and end users.
Performing planned and reactive maintenance tasks, demonstrating your diverse skill set.
Handling tasks such as redecoration, lock changes, and noticeboard installations to deliver high-quality billable works.
Managing equipment and material requirements, ordering them, and coordinating access for efficient task completion.
Conducting surveys and gathering data, compiling essential documentation to aid decision-making.
Providing escorting duties to enhance the overall experience.
Taking swift action in first response and temporary fixes for urgent tasks.
Assisting with Assurance checks to ensure quality and compliance.
Supporting the Built Estate Manager in successfully delivering the FDIS contract and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your role will be centred around:
Delivering exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations.
Upholding a culture of Health and Safety with a Zero Harm mindset.
Achieving business objectives including compliance, billable works, innovation, and environmental protection.
Ensuring high-quality delivery of tasks and maintaining asset compliance.
Collaborating effectively with the Vivo team, clients, end users, and supply chain partners.
Excelling in asset management and practical technical solutions.
Managing contractors during ongoing works to ensure quality and efficiency.


Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Practical qualifications such as C&G's or BTECs, demonstrating your technical expertise.
Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
Experience in planned maintenance, response maintenance, and small project delivery.
A strong commitment to health and safety standards.
Membership in a relevant professional body (desirable).
Availability for occasional out-of-hours work and site attendance.
