Recroot are looking for a Housing Access Team Leader to join our client based with Enfield Council.

This role is starting asap, working Mon to Fri up to 35 hours a week in an ongoing contract.


The Housing Access team manages the day-to-day operation of the emergency housing service, ensuring the Enfield fulfils its statutory duties, households are properly notified and that placements and rent accounts are accurately set up on the various recorded on the systems.


The Housing Access Team Leader will also:

  • Be responsible for the day to day operational of the Housing Access Team, setting rotas, assigning work and responding to escalations/complaints
  • Help ensure the provision of effective Housing Access Team Advice and Casework and ensure all offers of housing (TA & PRS) are made in line with the statutory homelessness framework
  • Effectively coordinate Housing Access activity to prevent and relieve homelessness, avoid new TA placements, and reduce TA through suitable final relief offers and PRSOs.

Job Types:

£30.00 per hour
