  • Answer the main reception phone providing excellent customer services
  • Greeting guests and visitors
  • Assist with clerical and administrative tasks, printing, filing, equipment and storage
  • Liase with HR functions and assist with recruitment paperwork, filing and other tasks
  • Managing inventory of staff uniforms, gloves etc, sourcing and managing supplies
  • Operating office machines such as photocopiers and computers and have a working knowledge of (Word, Excel and Outlook)
