- Answer the main reception phone providing excellent customer services
- Greeting guests and visitors
- Assist with clerical and administrative tasks, printing, filing, equipment and storage
- Liase with HR functions and assist with recruitment paperwork, filing and other tasks
- Managing inventory of staff uniforms, gloves etc, sourcing and managing supplies
- Operating office machines such as photocopiers and computers and have a working knowledge of (Word, Excel and Outlook)
