Location Overview:

Our team are based across London, Chester, Paris and Dublin and has broad reaching responsibility for managing compensation, regulatory compliance, pay equity and employee taxation across the region.
In this role, you will lead on compensation advisory for the Global Markets business, as well as contributing to cross-team initiatives and projects.
Responsibilities:
- Providing expertise and support on all compensation matters relating to the Global Markets business in EMEA.
- Advising HR colleagues and business leaders on compensation practices across the employee lifecycle to support compensation decisions, including to execute the annual yearend compensation process.
- Partnering with colleagues in HR Regulations, HR Generalists and business leaders to identify Material Risk Takers (MRTs) and to advise on and communicate remuneration regulations appropriately
- Collaborating with Talent Acquisition to analyze, review and approve competitive compensation offers for new hires
- Drive or participate in crossteam improvement initiatives or strategic projects
What we are looking for:
- Indepth compensation knowledge and experience, with demonstrable ability of supporting line of businesses to achieve their business objectives.
- Logical and critical thinking mindset
- Adept numerical and analytical ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely to a variety of recipients
- Collaborative partner who is able to develop relationships with global colleagues
- Ability to take initiative and ownership to drive deliverables with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of EMEA financial services remuneration regulations preferred.
