Multi-Trades Recruitment is looking for Groundworkers for a well-established Drainage and Construction Company based in Leigh.


About You:


  • High work ethic & team player.
  • Punctual & reliable.
  • Flexible approach.
  • Drainage experience is essential.
  • Experience with the quick hitch is essential
  • CSCS card preferred.
  • You must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test.
  • A valid UK driving license is ESSENTIAL (No more than 6 points).
  • Any tickets are desirable
  • CSCS, Street works, dumper, roller, 360, etc.

About the role:


  • Hourly rate: £15
  • Operating excavators up to ten tonnes on various sites carrying out drainage, trench work, and digging around live services
  • You will be operating various equipment and vehicles for a wide range of drainrelated issues from emergency callouts and blockages, to repairs/reinstating, HPWJ, and all other general drainage works
  • Excavation duties, installation of the new pipework.
  • Reinstating the surface i.e. concrete, tarmac.
  • Installation of drainage systems and gully pots.
  • Time and a half over 40 hours.
  • Time and a half on Saturdays.
  • Doubletime Sundays.
