Venn Group is currently working with a large NHS company who are looking for a CHC Admin Support. Below is a brief synopsis on the role;

Duration: 3 months


Location:
Hybrid

Band: 4


Rate:
Inside IR3- Daily £ £12.26HP = £113.81 PAYE or £124.68 Umbrella

Hours: 37.5

  • Acting as a point of contact for the CHC Team, dealing and responding effectively with complex queries from stakeholders and passing on relevant information to appropriate team members sensitively and autonomously; this may involve telephone calls of a distressing nature on a regular basis
  • Preparing meeting agendas and ensuring all relevant papers and briefings are available
  • Taking the minutes, typing and distributing them in a timely manner
  • Performing all administrative and secretarial duties to support the CHC Team to assist in a range of department initiatives, initiating procedures where appropriate to improve the efficiency of the service
  • Maintaining confidentiality of patient's notes at all times
  • Working on own initiative with mínimal supervision from the Business Manager/Data Manager, resolving or referring problems as necessary
  • Significant administrative/ secretarial experience including initiating and maintaining office systems
  • Demonstrable experience in dealing with the public and dealing with sensitive and confidential information
  • Intermediate knowledge of IT systems and software programmes such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access
  • Understanding of Confidentiality and Data Protection Act
  • Knowledge of NHS issues
  • Previous experience working as a CHC Admin
