The Company:

Our client is a well established market leader as a Mechanical & Electrical Contractor specializing in providing services within commissioning of Mechanical & Electrical systems, Design as well as the installation within sectors such as Government buildings, Commercial offices, data centres, financial and education buildings ranging from £1M to £50M, covering cover the full spectrum of services and distribution systems required for all types of building solutions.

The Role:

Develop 3D M&E Services models and produce necessary drawings using Revit & AutoCAD
Assist the Project Leads with the implementation of BIM processes, ensuring that the business follows the necessary standards to client team protocols.
Assisting the team with coordination of mechanical, electrical and plumbing services.
Producing detailed drawings in CAD and Revit work
Work with design team on both electrical and mechanical side
Client liaison with existing clients
Aid in growing the MEP team
Provide quality assurance for drawing process
Ensure models are validated and COBie requirements are met
Work with the Design Managers to ensure projects are deliverable and can be produced within specified timeframes. Would need to be involved in DTMs when required.

Qualifications & Experience:

Be highly skilled in in Autodesk Revit with AutoCAD experience
Building services drafting experience
Excellent written and verbal skills
Able to work well within a team
Work efficiently using your own initiative, with good decisionmaking & problemsolving skills
