Our global client based in Brighton is looking to recruit Business Development Managers to join its successful and growing Business Sales Team.

The successful client will have a high level of energy, a driven spirit, a level of critical thinking and the motivation to challenge themself daily.

Responsibilities

This is a telephone based sales role, where you will make a number of calls to prospects daily whilst being responsible for the entire sales cycle - from prospecting new companies via outbound activities, qualifying leads to opportunity level, and closingsales - whilst delivering solutions tailored to each client you find.

Your primary focus will be contacting FDs, CFOs, CEOs and directors/decision makers, providing consultative dialogue to inform and close sales whilst explaining the benefits of the products and services.

This is a targeted role, where you will be responsible for working towards and achieving set goals.

Requirements:

Selfdriven and results oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on over delivering on your target
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Mature, credible and comfortable in dealing with senior stakeholders.
Reliable, resilient and determined with a "Will to win"
Confident and competent sales skills
