HR Administrator X2 -Inside IR35
Contract Term: 6 Months with a possible extension

As a HR Administrator your main responsibilities would be:
- Handle HR transactional queries through to resolution.
- Protect personal data, ensuring GDPR compliance in documents.
- Support departments to recruit effectively.
- Have an awareness of the wider HR Function including roles, policies and processes.
- Gather, interpret, and present data, consisting of highlighting data insights, trends, issues and potential solutions.
You'll have relevant experience in:
- Effective time management of priorities and deadlines.
- Display good communication skills, including effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Exhibit good project coordination and organisational skills.
- Stakeholder Management skills at all levels
- Good customer service skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Keen eye for detail
- Ability to work at speed in a fastpaced environment
