HR Administrator X2 -Inside IR35

Contract Term: 6 Months with a possible extension

Contracting Authority:
BEIS (UKRI)


Location:
Remote


As a HR Administrator your main responsibilities would be:

  • Handle HR transactional queries through to resolution.
  • Protect personal data, ensuring GDPR compliance in documents.
  • Support departments to recruit effectively.
  • Have an awareness of the wider HR Function including roles, policies and processes.
  • Gather, interpret, and present data, consisting of highlighting data insights, trends, issues and potential solutions.

You'll have relevant experience in:


  • Effective time management of priorities and deadlines.
  • Display good communication skills, including effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  • Exhibit good project coordination and organisational skills.
  • Stakeholder Management skills at all levels
  • Good customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work at speed in a fastpaced environment
