This role is categorised as a _
_roam__ role. Roaming roles are a mixture of home and hub working with, in some instances, a degree of being out and about delivering services to customers. Your working day will be determined by what you need to do and where you need to go to maximise your productivity. This means that you could start and finish your day in different places depending on what you need to do, so we'll support you working from a variety of locations.

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to drive forward new approaches to maximising the social value impact of our investment and development programmes.

Leading our social value activity, you'll work closely with colleagues, stakeholders and contractors to develop robust social value plans and deliverables which support our customers and communities to become more resilient.

You'll also support the development and delivery of new processes and tools to ensure we can monitor outcomes and progress effectively and you'll report on the difference we're making as a result.

The Person:

We're looking for someone with a passion for fantastic customer experience, who can articulate why building resilience is important to our customers, communities and Thirteen.

You'll bring your experience and understanding of social value delivery to the role, as well as your skills in developing, monitoring and reporting key performance indicators.

It would be a bonus if you've used TOMs or a similar monitoring tool.

Key to this role is being able to develop great relationships and bring people together to develop shared thinking, align priorities and develop robust social value delivery plans.

To achieve these positive outcomes, you'll have strong communication, analytical and project management skills and, of course, be extremely organised.
