Douglas Scott is currently looking for a
Commercial Property Solicitor, for a highly-regarded Legal 500 firm based in
St Albans, Herts.

This firm has a reputation for their excellent levels of client care in delivering high quality legal services to their varied client base.

On offer is the opportunity to work at this highly-ranked firm within Commercial Property in Legal 500, with long-standing roots in the Herts area.

They are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic personality to join their department, and their tight-knit team.

This role will involve managing your own caseload of all aspects of commercial property including a full spectrum of good quality complex commercial real estate work.

You will have experience managing your own caseload, preferably from a small to mid size firm, andbe able to work effectively as part of a fast-paced team.

Professional must-haves:

Qualified for upwards of 3 years within commercial property
Experienced in a wide range of property related services, including; freehold & leasehold acquisitions and disposals, financing & refinancing, acting for landlords granting leases, development and occasional corporate support work.

Part of the role willalso involve acting for Tenants taking leases and leasehold management work (e.g. Licences to Assign, Deeds of Variation).

A good technical background & commercial awareness
Energetic and natural enthusiasm to bring to the team
