An exciting and challenging opportunity exists for a newly developed Band 4 PA to join the Central Booking Service (CBS) to support the CBS Managers and Team Leaders on a part time basis hours per week, hours/working days to be discussed at interview.

We are looking for an individual with a professional attitude and dedication combined with experience in people management.

Our Service Operating hours are from The service is based Gee House, Nechells.

This role will also involve Admin and Operational Support to the Management Team.

Key responsibilities of the PA

  • Provide a comprehensive Personal Assistant Service to the Central Booking Service Managers and Team Leaders.
  • Maintain robust administrative systems that ensure work is prioritised to meet agreed timescales.
  • To maintain the leave records for members of the department including the monthly completion of time sheets, eTAD and expenses documentation for submission to the Payroll Department
  • Support the recruitment process of new staff
  • Support CBS Management Team in maintaining staff record systems by utilising Electronic Staff Record (ESR) Manager Self-Serve inputting sickness, absence, annual leave, professional registrations, DBS checks, mandatory and all other training.
