The salary is £25,147. The role will require some days in the office. with the option to work the remaining days at home.

Write, proof-read, and send the staff bulletin and write articles for our members' newsletter

Monitor and respond to comments and questions on social media

Regularly review content on the staff intranet and analyse user statistics

Support the communications team with planning and delivering
campaigns, projects, events, meetings, presentations, and briefings

Upload and send the chief executive e-newsletter

Format and send a range of internal and external Trust communications

Maintain and update the communications team's internal and external contacts' databases

Set up and support online staff engagement sessions

Requisition goods and supplies

We're a creative, committed, supportive and friendly team, responsible for providing:
PR advice and support - develop campaigns and communications plans for new services and initiatives or service/Trust changes

Media relations - respond to media requests, proactively promote good news, organise media training and offer advice

Digital communications - manage our social media, website, intranet and content for the digital screens

Internal communications - share good news and important updates with our staff, using various channels

Graphic design - design and produce high quality and professional materials, develop designs and artwork for campaigns, advising on the correct use of the NHS and Pennine Care brand

Write, proof-read, and send the Stay Connected staff bulletin

Monitor and respond to comments and questions from patients, staff, and the public on our social media channels

Write and proof-read articles for our members' newsletter, Pennine Post

Regularly review content on the staff intranet

Review and analyse intranet statistics

Support the communications team with planning and delivering
campaigns, projects, events, meetings, presentations, and briefings

Upload and send out the chief executive Blog

Format and send a range of internal and external Trust communications

Maintain and update the communications team's internal and external contacts' databases

Set up and support online staff engagement sessions

Requisition goods and supplies, on behalf of the
communications team

Any other duties appropriate with the grading of the post
