Interim Financial Controller | Rapid Growth SaaS Scale-Up | 3-Month Contract

The Client

Harmonic have partnered with an international SaaS Scale-Up to find them an immediately available Financial Controller to join the company on a 3-Month contract.

With their rapid growth and closing out of a £15m Series-B fundraise last year, they are inneed of added support in their UK finance department to aid in their preparation for Audit and oversee their Management Accounts as they go through a period of change in the finance department.

Our client are offering a remote position, with the only commitment being meeting up at their London office once every two weeks.

Their headcount has doubled to 250 in the last 12 months, with the majority of their headcount residing in Europe, and 20 inthe UK.

Their ground-breaking solutions are unparalleled in the European market, allowing them almost infinite growth potential.

They have paired with international corporations, governments, as well as fellow Start-Ups and offer a variety of services whichare tailored to each client.

The Role

Responsibilities

Productions of Monthend reports, Balance sheets, and Board Reports.
Oversee the Management Accounts and lead on the preparation for audit.
Provide accurate cash flow forecasts.
Work closely with Head of Finance on Ad-Hoc projects, including the annual budget.
Use Xero to manage accounting operation in the UK.
Assist with the delivery of the audit process.

Essential Skills

Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
Experience as a Finance Manager or Financial Controller in a highgrowth Start-Up or Scale-Up.
A willingness to roll up your sleeves and get hands on.
Proficient user of Excel

Bonus Experience

Previous experience in a SaaS or Data software solutions company.
Experience using Xero & Yuki.
Ability to hit the ground running with little handover.

Day Rate£375-£450/day (Outside IR35)
