We are professional, and our goal is to Personal Care and support to older people in a friendly and caring Residential Care Home.

Responsibilities:


  • Detailed care plans and reports.
  • Administration of medication and the management of medication
  • Interact socially with Residents and colleagues.
  • Liaise with health and social care professionals for teambased assessments.
  • Ensure and facilitate that a caring, safe and homely environment for residents to live in.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 36 per week
