Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a fast-growing and professional Lettings Business in Bristol, with the appointment of a Property Administrator to join their small, close-knit team.

Established in 2012, with over 500 unitson their books, you'll be part of team of three property managers responsible for a portfolio size of 170 properties being the first point of contact for all tenants, landlords and contractors.

The role covers a wide variety of tasks that revolve around the setting up of tenancies and the ongoing management of properties

Key responsibilities include:

Organising property maintenance works
Communicating with landlords and tenants
Producing tenancy documents, whilst maintaining accurate records and systems
Logging maintenance issues, organising contractors and checking maintenance compliance
Managing and updating our property management system
Ensuring properties are compliant with current regulations
Implementing improvements to systems and procedures
Advertising new properties/rooms to let

Requirements:

Own transport and full driving license
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Friendly & confident nature
Comfortable with a mix of office work and driving out to properties
A "can do" approach and passion for getting things done

Hours:
Monday to Friday - 9.00am to 5:30pm
