Job Title - 2nd Line Support Analyst


Salary - Up to £26,500 with a total package up to £30,500 (bonus)


Location - Cannock, Staffordshire with hybrid and flexible working


Hours - Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

What will you be doing?


The 2nd Line Support Analyst shares responsibility for the successful administration of the Service Desk's 2nd tier operations and ensuring its function meets or exceeds standards for service support as defined by service agreements.


  • The 2nd Line Support Analyst will contribute to the services of a nationwide network of Service Desk specialists.
  • Reduce the impact of service affecting incidents and problems, ensuring an appropriate and timely response to all reported issues.
  • Ensure the accurate recording of service requests and incidents and to attribute the correct categorisation and notation to ensure timely and relevant reporting.
  • Provide deskside and remote assistance,as relevant to the task.

What are we looking for?

  • Advanced Level Qualification (e.g. Degree or HND in ITrelated course).
  • One or more professional qualifications from leading solution providers: Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, Google, etc.
