Are you an experienced CNC Turner looking to further your career with an established manufacturing business?

Newstaff Employment are recruiting on behalf of our industry leading client who requires an experienced CNC Turner to join their exciting team in Leighton Buzzard.

Experience Required

Experience in programming, setting and operating 2 axis turning machines (
essential)
Excellent knowledge of 2 axis CNC machines, cutting speeds and feeds, geometric tolerances
Writing new CNC programs long hand at the machine
Carrying out inprocess inspection using measuring equipment
Good understanding of interpreting engineering drawings and standards
Confident when working on parts up to 300mm x 3m in length (Hoist training provided)
Experience of Fanuc controls (
desired)
