£22,000, OTE £27,000

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00-5:30

INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO WEEKEND WORK, IMMEDIATE, NEW OFFICES IN WYTHENSHAWE TRAFFORD

For the role of Insurance Inbound Customer Service Advisor you will receive:

  • A basic salary of £22,000
  • A bonus scheme with average commission of £500 per month

The role for Insurance Customer Service Advisor involves speaking to existing customers about their insurance and quotes, and ensuring that they receive world class customer service.

There will also be an element of retention in the role meaning you canearn a performance related bonus each month.

For the role of Customer Service Advisor, we require:

  • 1 years experience in a call centre environment is essential
  • FCA or Insurance experience preferred
  • People with energy, who are great at customer service
  • A person with a positive attitude, and outgoing personality
