Order Fulfilment Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a fun, friendly business based in Wetherby as a n Order Fulfilment Manager.

Full-time, Monday - Friday, salary £21,000 plus quarterly bonus of £250 based on company performance target, plus other excellent benefits including 22 days holiday + stats.

As Order Fulfilment Manager you will take ownership of orders from receipt to dispatch efficiently and accurately.

This is an extremely hands on role with overall responsibility for the processing, picking, packing & dispatch of items from the warehouse.

Responsibilities include:

Processing, picking, packing & dispatch of items from warehouse
Taking payments for orders raised and issuing of invoices to customers once their stock is dispatched.
Checking deliveries have been received and informing customers/sales team of any order delays due to courier issues.
Call handling with energetic and excellent customer service.
Restocking of the picking areas as and when required.
Minimum of one year's customer experience in an order processing/picking and packing role.
Be very personable, flexible and work well in a small team, willing to assists other team members where required.
Be capable of working quickly and to a deadline
Be selfmotivated and task driven.
Have confidence in working with and lifting small to medium sizes boxes of customer orders.
Strong communication skills
IT literate
