Hours - Mon to Thurs 08:00-16:45, Fri 08:00-12:30

Salary:
£22k plus great benefits


My established client based in Kettering is recruiting an experienced Administrator on a permanent basis to work within their Spares team/department.

Reporting in to the Spares Supervisor, the main purpose of this role is to facilitate the sale and despatchof spare parts for the print industry.


Duties will include:

  • Receive enquiries from customers
  • Liaise with customers, agents, production & suppliers
  • Preparation of quotations of spare parts for customers and agents
  • Use of historical data to assist with providing solutions for print customers
  • Raising POs, Sales Orders and Works Orders
  • Expedite all orders
  • Coordinate goods in and out
  • Packaging of components for despatch
  • Liaising with couriers to obtain the best price
  • Kardex management
