Hours - Mon to Thurs 08:00-16:45, Fri 08:00-12:30

My established client based in Kettering is recruiting an experienced Administrator on a permanent basis to work within their Spares team/department.
Reporting in to the Spares Supervisor, the main purpose of this role is to facilitate the sale and despatchof spare parts for the print industry.
Duties will include:
- Receive enquiries from customers
- Liaise with customers, agents, production & suppliers
- Preparation of quotations of spare parts for customers and agents
- Use of historical data to assist with providing solutions for print customers
- Raising POs, Sales Orders and Works Orders
- Expedite all orders
- Coordinate goods in and out
- Packaging of components for despatch
- Liaising with couriers to obtain the best price
- Kardex management
