Our client, a highly successful business based in Norwich, are seeking an experienced systems expert to join Their central support services department as a Systems Analyst.

This role is being offered on an 18-month FTC, due to secondment of internal employees commencing work on an exciting project.

The Role:

The Systems Analysts play a critical role in the support and development of the Groups core systems.

Using your skills and expertise, you work closely with the Group IT Team as well as to ensure issues are resolved promptly as well as the root cause being understood in order to reduce reoccurrence.

It is essential that you can demonstrate extensive System Support experience combined with an in-depth understanding of core business processes around Sales, Purchasing, Treasury and People Management, alongside:

Ability to proactively look to identify the root cause of system issues, providing feedback and training as required
System support experience ideally within an ERP system Dynamics 365, Netsuite etc
Effectively multitask varied support requests across multiple systems
