We're looking for a driven, experienced and goal-orientated Marketing Project Manager to join our team


Reporting to the Founder & CEO, the Marketing Project Manager is central to ensuring client projects and campaigns are delivered on-time, on budget and deliver the expected results.


We're searching for someone who is:

  • Able to organise and prioritise.
  • Comfortable communicating with clients, partners, team members and leadership.
  • An excellent leader and team player with good judgment.
No two days are ever the same at Insynth so what you'll be up to will vary.


The pace we move at also means priorities will change and you'll need to be comfortable with this (we'll support you).


it's essential you are available to work in the office at least 3 days per week.

Here are the main areas of the role:

  • Project Management_
  • Translate campaign and project briefs into clear actionable delivery plans
  • Distribute and clearly communicate plans to the delivery teams
  • Ensure key milestones are reached on time and on budget
  • Identify scope creep risks
  • Account Management_
  • Check campaign plans align with client expectations prekickoff
  • Ensure regular and effective client communication
  • Manage client adhoc intake requests
  • Manage scope creep and ensure any additional costs are approved
  • Feedback client insights to the wider team
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and service levels
  • Flag client success or concerns to Leadership
  • Lead client onboarding to create an exceptional first impression
  • Process Optimisation_
  • Ensure campaigns and projects follow standard processes and meet quality standards
  • Hold internal and external campaign and project reviews
  • Feedback campaign and project information to sales and marketing to guide pricing and strategy
  • Produce weekly and monthly management reports and the occasional adhoc one too
  • As part of the Leadership Team, you'll attend regular management meetings.

It's likely you have

  • A BA/BSc (or higher) in Project Management, Business Administration or similar
  • Extensive (multiyear) experience in project management or account management roles
  • Outstanding project management and organisation skills
  • Impressive communication skills
  • A professional demeanour, leading by example in the way that you work
  • A resultsfocused mindset, bringing excellence to everything you do
  • Confidence with numbers, financial reports and analysing data
  • Hustle you're happy 'rolling up your sleeves' and you can be counted on to be on the front line
  • Proven track record of gaining and maintaining the trust of your clients, team, peers, partners and Leadership
  • You know what it's like to work in a scaling company and love the vibe (and sometimes chaos).
